We want your experience with Home Illustrated LLC to be smooth and enjoyable. Here’s what you can expect when you order from us.

Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2 business days.

• We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

• During high volume or unexpected delays, we will notify you via email with updated delivery information.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

• USPS Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days, $3-$5 depending on package size and weight.

• Digital Downloads: Delivered immediately and free of charge.

• Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $75.

Please note: We currently ship only within the continental United States and do not offer expedited shipping or international delivery.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments (not currently available), any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Since we only ship within the continental US, this does not apply at this time.

Damages and Lost Packages

Home Illustrated LLC is not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipping by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, and reach out to us for support.
Save all packaging and damaged goods until your claim is resolved.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship outside the continental United States.
