We want you to love your purchase from Home Illustrated LLC. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we make returns and refunds simple and straightforward.

Order Cancellation

You have 24 hours from placing your order to cancel it—no questions asked. Just send us a clear message by email at tracy.foster@home-illustrated.com.

Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided:

  • Items are unused and in their original packaging.

  • You have your receipt or proof of purchase.

Items Not Eligible for Return

To ensure quality for all our customers, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized products, as they are made just for you.

  • Opened, used, or damaged art supplies, stationery, or paper products.

  • Original artworks or limited edition prints that have been handled, displayed, or altered after delivery.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please reach out—we’re happy to help.

How to Return Items

If you wish to return your purchase:

  • Ship the items back at your cost and risk to:

  • We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method to protect your return.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made using the original payment method, with no fees deducted.

Please note that we cannot issue a refund without receiving the items back or proof of delivery.
