Order Cancellation
You have 24 hours from placing your order to cancel it—no questions asked. Just send us a clear message by email at tracy.foster@home-illustrated.com.
Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided:

You have your receipt or proof of purchase.
Items Not Eligible for Return
To ensure quality for all our customers, we cannot accept returns for:

Custom or personalized products, as they are made just for you.

Opened, used, or damaged art supplies, stationery, or paper products.

Original artworks or limited edition prints that have been handled, displayed, or altered after delivery.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made using the original payment method, with no fees deducted.
Please note that we cannot issue a refund without receiving the items back or proof of delivery.
